Consultations are required for all large-scale dessert orders and event space rentals. These appointments ensure we understand your vision and can give your event the time, care, and detail it deserves.

🍰 Cake & Dessert Consultations

If you're planning a large-scale event (100+ guests), a dessert consultation is the first step. During this appointment, we’ll walk through the logistics of your event day, discuss display options, setup needs, and collaborate on your dessert table design.

You’ll also enjoy a tasting of up to four cake flavors or menu items to help you finalize your selections.

🏛 Event Space Rental Consultations

Booking our event space for your gathering also begins with a consultation. During this meeting, we’ll:
– Review your event details and logistics
– Discuss layout, decor, and vendor needs
– Conduct a walkthrough of the space
– Offer a tasting with one of our chefs to preview our catering style (if applicable)

📋 Important Notes

• All consultations require a nonrefundable fee, which is not applied to your final total

• You’ll be asked to complete a brief form when scheduling so we can best prepare for your appointment

• At the conclusion of your consultation, if you’d like to move forward, a $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your date as well as a signed contract. 

  • You will receive an invoice within 24 hours

  • It must be paid within 7 days to confirm your booking

• Event dates are limited and often booked 90+ days out

  • If your desired date is not listed on our website, it is currently unavailable

  • Please do not select a placeholder date—only choose the actual date of your event
