Apple Cider Pound Cake

3 sticks salted butter

3 cups sugar

6 eggs

3 cups flour

3/4 cup sparkling apple cider

1 Apple peeled, sliced and chopped


Cook 90 minutes on 350F.

Check at 60 in case you don’t know your oven.


As soon as you take it out of the oven, flip it onto a cake plate and let it cool. 

Top with powdered sugar, cinnamon, or glaze. 

To make the glaze use approximately one tablespoon of sparking apple cider for every one cup of powdered sugar.
